Amy Voller certified divorce coach offering education and support during the divorce process

Helping women make smart decisions during the divorce process

Resolution strategies, education, and wrap-around support to take back control and rebuild your life on your terms

The business of divorce

Divorce is an ugly business, but does it need to be? I work with women who want to divorce with the same level of dignity they live by.

It’s possible by carefully shifting focus from the pain of divorce to the "business" of divorce, which enables women to make rational, strategic decisions and negotiate successfully.

Midlife women taking back control of their futures

We work with women experiencing separation or divorce who are already investing in skilled professionals in other areas of their work and life. Career coaches, wellness experts, personal trainers, and wealth advisors.

They understand the value of investing with skilled professionals and that achieving successful outcomes takes effort.

Women in midlife are taking control to end marriages that are no longer working for them, with 46% of divorced women initiating the divorce.

What is a collaboration session?

We use an evidence-based methodology with our clients that combines learning negotiation skills, conflict minimisation, and collaborative communication strategies, as well as real-time support to help them take the right actions.

This equips our clients with the skills, confidence, and knowledge to participate in the divorce process productively and collaboratively.

This could look like workshopping a text message before it's sent or role-playing a difficult conversation with an ex-partner they dread.

No two divorces are the same, and so the number of collaboration sessions will vary for each client.

Resolution strategies for women who have decided to divorce

We are solutions-focused. We exist to equip women to navigate and resolve divorce in a way that all parties can live with.

So, we are not psychologists who work with women to understand themselves and how they arrived at divorce, unpacking their relationship history.

Ripple Resolutions works with women who have already decided to divorce, not those still wrestling with the decision.

We offer event-based (e.g., one partner moving out) and time-sensitive (e.g., upcoming school holidays, co-parenting arrangements) conflict-resolution support services.

Given the nature of this work, we work with only a small number of clients at a time, offering a high level of wraparound support.

We get to know our clients thoroughly, listen to their stories and provide tailored support that meets their individual needs, interests, values and goals.

“Divorce is not just a legal and financial transaction. It’s one of the hardest seasons of your life. And you don’t need to navigate through it unsupported”

Why work with Amy?

Amy is a Divorce Strategist and a Certified Coach, offering education on the process, conflict resolution and emotional management strategies.

Amy’s practice operates within a structured professional and ethical framework, that maintains clear practice boundaries alongside Family Lawyers, Mediators and Mental Health Practitioners.

Most people think a Family Lawyer has the answer to everything.

They play an essential and important role providing clients with legal advice but are not trained to deal with the emotional or practical aspects of divorce.

Using a lawyer as a mentor or therapist is an expensive mistake.

Almost 60% of women who divorced said they didn’t get enough support outside of legal advice.

Over 40% of women are searching online for information or support

ChatGPT is not the source of truth women should rely on during a separation or divorce.

Friends and family are not trained in strategic conflict resolution.

Facebook groups leave women even more overwhelmed with conflicting advice and opinions.

What women need is wraparound support, and Ripple Resolutions exists to provide it.
